I've been looking for a new game to play and I really liked the metroid prime trilogy. MDK 2 seems like it might suite me. All alone in an alien word, both are shooters and emphasize exploration. What do you guys think? Is MDK 2 as good as MP?

To me personally, no. But if you have already played the metroid prime trilogy then doesn't that mean that you've already played metroid prime then?
