Metroid Prime freezing when entering elevator from Phendrana drifts to Magmoor cavern

Hi.
Anyone have an idea how to avoid freezing when entering elevator from Phendrana drifts to Magmoor caverns. It happens everytime on exactly the same frame.
I tried:
Switching APIs Vulkan, DX12 and software renderer
Switching shaders to specialized, hybrid ubershaders and skip drawing
Trying to wait a few moments before entering elevator
Switching to newer version of Dolphin

Right-click on the game in the game list, press Properties, go to the Verify tab, and press Verify Integrity. Does Dolphin report any problems?

Dolphin doesn't report any problems with integrity check.

In attachmen't I'm sending log for game from Dolphin startup to freeze and a few seconds after. I have to compress it to zip to fit in size limitations
