I fixed it by not opening graphics while the game is on.... if you have nvidia drivers, try FXAA. That's a really good AA. I don't know why there's no CSAA SSAA or MSAA on D3d11. It just says 2 samples 4 samples 8 samples with quality levels on each one. it's weird.

SSAA is more demanding than MSAA. And it depends on how powerful your GPU is. I use SSAA 9x most of the time and mostly have no problems.
