The attachment is not visible. You may want to upload the screenshots to somewhere else (like Imgur).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I found a solution for the crashes you need to play in windows mode before the area of the crash
then press ignore on the error message

you can return to play at full screen but the fog effect is broken even if you disable fog at dolphin menu

The attachment (from your first post) is now visible. It seems the D3D12 backend is doing something that your 1060 doesn't like.

Does the game also crash on the other backends (D3D11, Vulkan, OpenGL)? You could also try updating the driver if possible.

Did you verify that you have a good dump of the game? Right click the game in Dolphin's list > Properties > Verify Tab > Verify
