I have googled this topic to hell and I can't find a reliable solution for this.

In the game you have to push or pull on the remote to do certain things, like make your ship move, push levers, pull levers, etc. and I've messed around to get it working sort of slowly. But I came to a section of the game where I have to synchronize my moves with another NPC, means I must do the move within 2 seconds or it fails.

There is no reliable way I can push or pull in the game. Googling only revealed something with IR but that option does not exist in my version of Dolphin. So there's no way I can "push" or "pull" anything, except to move the cursor around wildly hoping the computer would somehow interpret a pull (and it works 10% of the time).

I have uploaded picture of my config, and there is NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING about IR settings or emulation. It's almost as if Dolphin removed it...

IR is the same thing as Point. But if you want to pull and push, what you want is Forward and Backward under Swing.
