This problem only happens with DX9 and OpenGL, (DX11 doesn't have this issue)

I coudn't find a way to fix it in DX9 and OpenGL, but in DX11 it works.
Mario Kart Double Dash has a similiar problem, that can be fixed with EFB to RAM in all GFX Backend (DX9, DX11 & OpenGL)
