Metroid Prime 2 Echoes

Hello everyone. I used to be able to play Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, but can no longer play it. Screen flickers & it just crashes. Anyone else have this problem?
What is best way for me to get info about this crash to provide here? Thank you for your time.

Has anything changed since it used to work (settings, windows updates, newer dolphin version, etc)?
