After downloading the texture pack linked here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-metroid-prime-hd-texture-reupload
I have been unable to run the game without a corrupted title screen and issues with water. I have disabled custom textures and even tried using a different .iso.

Hehe, cute thread title~!

Give us these things please, so we can figure out what's going on.
  • Dolphin version
  • Nvidia driver version
  • MD5 Hash of your ISO (right click the game and select properties, go to the info tab, and calculate the MD5 hash)
  • Screenshots of your graphics settings

I have also completely deleted that pack off of my computer (It was the first thing I did), if that helps

And (I should've put this in the OP), this is the error message that pops up frequently during the title screen: https://imgur.com/D3xBV0W

The MD5 hash is a valid one for the NTSC-U version according to https://www.gametdb.com/Wii/GM8E01 so it's not a bad dump. I'll try mine.

BTW... It is cute because the Subtitle of Metroid Prime 3 is Corruption Smile

Edit: Using Dolphin 5.0-6485 and drivers 389.77 I cannot reproduce this issue with these settings. Updating drivers.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Hmm... Let's start here - turn off MSAA, see if that affects anything?

Does the issue happen in 5.0?

Yes, it does still happen, in fact, it was even more of a mess because it kept spamming me with "invalid SYSCONFIG"
