You guys are awesome, cheers for that! Can't wait to do a play through of the trilogy once the small kinks are worked out!

I guess you should choose Emulated Wiimote, but what about all the mappings? Care to share? 05-31-2019, 04:26 AM

I don't want to burden you with doing it when I'm somewhat optimistic I can identify them pretty quickly That's great to hear. That means that I can take my time with the other stuff once the text and UI stuff are taken care of. I'll get the zip to you sometime today. I'd recommend playing around with the controls to find something you're comfortable with, but for MP1 I went with edit: if you're running multiple monitors, it's worth noting you should probably look into something like Dual Monitor Tools to lock your mouse to one screen, dolphin doesn't have that feature, unfortunately 06-01-2019, 05:25 AM
Yaaay, the archive finally finished uploading! I hate my internet connection sometimes...

Did some test scales, and it actually improved the quality over the last run. Not sure if I'll rerelease it just yet, though. 06-01-2019, 08:38 AM

thanks mate, that texture dump is exactly what I was looking for... I sorted all 3 games, and the UI/text files jumped right out... was going to start with the text, but there are WAY more than I expected (MP3 has roughly 400 alone)
so I did a UI exploration first, and the results are incredibly promising... going to have to do another pass to increase readability and test out all 3 games (only looked at MP1 so far), but I'm optimistic this part won't take nearly as long as text upscaling at least 06-02-2019, 01:56 PM

I'd appreciate a normal controls thing, but if you send me the Ishiiruka controls textures, I'll put the link up in my OP. I'm going to get started on some text investigation, to see what I can find/make that will actually look good and fit the theme. |
