Metroid Other M Error

So I'm getting random crashes with Dolphin r7561. While playing other m, it crashes randomly and closes. SOMETIMES though, it gives me a runtime error...

"r6025 pure virtual function call"

Is there a way to fix this? I played through Lost in Shadow and it did the same thing, not nearly as much and I never got the r6025 error.

I have an I5 2500k and GTX 260 so my specs are good and I've tried plenty of settings. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
