i tried your setting but my game is not running now. my pc is like this.
2.2 GHz Intel Core i7-2670QM
AMD Radeon HD 7690M XT
8 gb ram

I need more details than it "is not running now". Does it crash? Does it boot and show a black screen?

yeah, it was booting and showing black screen but i solve that problem by changing audio backent. But now my game running so slow.

Do you have V-Beam checked? If not, right click the game, select properties and check Accurate V-Beam emulation.

Its weird reading all these posts from people who can't seem to get it to run. I played the game from beginning to end, skipping cut scenes of course. It worked almost flawlessly during actually game play. The only issue I had was toggling EFB copies when using thermo-goggles. Sometimes it would toggle and other times it wouldn't. Also the wide-screen hack was annoying because the game didn't scale accordingly leaving the edges of the screen without textures if you were in a wide-camera angle area and would lead to crashes. The first few cut-scenes would play fine but its once you get up to Vulcan that they stop working.

How is the game playing now on the latest builds? Did anyone ever manage to get the cut-scenes working?

They work if you use LLE instead of HLE, but you have to own a quite good computer to run LLE without sound screw ups.

Widescreen hack doesn't work properly with this game. Yeah I know - it sucks!

Is it possible on any build of dolphin to run this game without audio issues? I have tried every combination of sound options available and 3 different dolphin builds but all of them have terrible skippy audio. My game goes full speed though everything is full speed. Except for the audio it acts as if it isn't full speed but the graphics are smooth and I am getting a full 60 no matter what.

Same here. I heard it's caused by AMD CPUs.

You need to play with your settings more. I have an i5 2500 (non-k) @ 3.3ghz. I played the game from beginning to end.

I haven't touched the game in a while so I decided to go back and see how it plays with the recent builds. I was wondering if there have been any significant changes to Dolphin because it seems to play a lot smoother than previously.

Here is a small video I made of the Cyborg Ninja scene - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Flusy-FwG78

A while back I did game-play videos but after the first few Konami kept blocking/sending youtube notices so I gave up and deleted them all. For some reason Konami feel the need to send copyright warnings for game-play videos. Thus, you might not be able to view it because its blocked in some countries.

Put framelimit to audio instead of auto and try xaudio2 along with it.
