I just tried the latest and sound is mostly fine. LLE + LLE on thread, XAudio2, 48KHz and vbeam disabled or else sound will get choppy.

GFX in OpenGL are rendered correctly, just some shadows/lightning related issue(they disappear at certain angles) and codec transmission being green.

Definitely playable.

You need these files. Read this excellent tutorial by ED2 http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23103

Err... well, the two DPS files are copyrighted by Nintendo and therefore it's illegal to download them.

Use the iROM from LM1234. More information in ED2 thread -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23103

DefenderX, the link samiyo77 posted is for the the reversed iROM. It's the same link in ED2's thread Big Grin No need to worry about copyright.

Anyway, that iROM is useless for any game that doesn't use the Zelda uCodes (hint: that means most games). It won't do a thing for MGS:TTS. Have a look at the Dolphin source code, lines 62 to 83 for all the games that Dolphin currently uses Zelda uCodes.

It's for using LLE audio by supplying Dolphin with the necessary DSP files. The iROM by LM1234 was reverse eingeneered, so it shouldn't violate Nintendo's copyright. The caveat is that it will only work for games that Nintendo programmed to use what's called the Zelda uCode (since many Zelda games use it, but a number of other titles use it too). So if you're playing Wind Waker or Super Mario Sunshine, want LLE audio, and don't have a console, the reversed iROM is a free, legal way to do so. I'm not sure if it's been tested with all of the games that use the Zelda uCode, however.

So this means the LLE won't be slow for me?

Why would it do that? The reversed iROM functions just like regular DSP dumps, except it only works with the Zelda uCodes. Everything else with the Dolphin's DSP emulation should remain the same, more or less, so I wouldn't expect much if any significant variations in speed. Though I don't think anyone has really bothered to test this recently.
