If you're talking about the analog stick not working properly, I have that issue even on LLE. The only solution I found is to use the D-pad (I had to assign the D-pad controls to my left analog stick just to play comfortable).

At my "test", the black background is green. I will make a screenshot and post my config; maybe someone knows, where i make the mistake.

What kind of issue?

I can use LLE audio in 3.0 but not in the latest versions because the speed falls below 100% in important parts like the codec calls and some cut scenes, causing the audio to skip and ruining the experience as a result. I can play the newer ones only with HLE but then the game crashes constantly and for some odd reason the controls go crazy when I try to aim, peek around corners, move, etc. but that may be a problem with just me because I never noticed it until recently.

When I use HLE, the game starts doing weird things when I try to aim, peak around corners, access my items/weapons inventory, etc. I use a PS3 controller with DS3 Tool 7.0 btw.

BTW I have reverted to ver. 6.5 DS3 and still no difference and I play on JIT.

It's not only the analog sticks for me, it's every button. I can be trying to aim after a guard then my camera moves much more than I wanted it to and will shoot often even if I haven't release the button.

I found the issue with the controller using HLE. If Accurate VBeam is enabled while using HLE audio, the controls starts to go haywire. Hopefully this can be fixed in future revisions/gits.

LLE audio is the best way to avoid cutscene crashes.

Yeah. But in order to use LLE, it's necessary to dump two files. -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23103

Yeah, but with LLE the sound is all screwed up so you won't hear anything anyway.
