Metafortress fix?

So I'm trying to play kirbys return to dreamland using a classic controller hack to play it but the question is where do I put the ini file for the classic controller hack and what folder do I put the metafortress fix file in and what should it be renamed Huh

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the classic controller hack only works if metafortress protection is disabled

EDIT (again): I'm using an android device

If the metafortress hack is a gecko code it won't work on Android.
