There's a last thing you can try:
1- Make a copy of your savestates folder (User/Statesaves).
2- Delete the whole Dolphin folder.
3- Restart .exe file.
4- Place your savestates folder into Dolphin folder.
5- Start the game.
6- Let it create a MC.
7- Use a savestate and make an in-game save.
