memory card problems, and problems with dolphin not recognizing my iso

so, my dolphin isnt recognizing my iso of naruto clash of ninja 2 but it can play it. this wouldnt be a problem but since its not recognizing it i think it isnt even trying to use the memory card with my save on it. if anyone could help me with this or point me to a link where the problem has been solved id be very grateful.

Not recognizing how?
How are you opening the iso? do you click on open and browse to it or do you have the paths saved on dolphin and it shows/dosent show on the main screen on opening dolphin?
Goto config-->paths and post a screenshot of the window
