Exclamation
Hey guys. This is my first ever post on dolphin forums. I've recently been making youtube videos and decided it would be fun to play some older gamecube games. The game I chose to record was Paper Mario : The Thousand Year Door. I was really exited to play this game. but the memory card has some problems. I've been surfing these forums for about a week now and have no fix for it so far. what I've been dealing with is I boot the game .iso file and it starts normal. when I press start it gives me a message : "your memory card is corrupted and must be formatted. I surfed forums and finally found something. I created a new memory card and it no longer wants to format. instead it says "there is no save file for Paper Mario : Thousand Year Door, Would you like to create one?" I was really exited to see this. But then my select key doesnt work! everything alse but IT Works. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any ideas how to fix this?

Don't use 4.0. Use the latest development build instead.

What do you mean by "select key", by the way? There is no Select button on GameCube controllers.

I downloaded the emu a week ago and it's already updated.

I had the same issue recently. I was in Win 7 x64. I had to give ownership and full rights to "everyone" on the Dolphin folder in My documents. No idea why it was protected but it works for me now.
