I need some help getting Dolphin to load my USA memory card file. It keeps giving the "% 1" error when trying to load it in slot B and then opening the memcard manager. And even when I leave both paths (slot A and slot B) blank and then try to load it in slot A it will say that the EUR memory card is already loaded in slot A. Since a few of my games are USA and a few are EUR I need to be able to run both memory cards. I have even tried making a new memory card in this version of dolphin (named 1.USA) and was able to transfer save data from the old USA card to the newly made one with no issue. I can even load it in the memcard manager and see the save data just fine. It just won't load in slot B and refuses to be put in slot A to even try it there. It will always either give the error that the slot is already in use, or seem to work fine only to then load the EUR memcard even after I somehow manage to seemingly set slot A to the USA card in configuration. And if I then try to load it in slot B it will say it is already in use in slot A (which it clearly is not). I am at a loss here.
This is a clean install of dolphin, most recent beta version downloaded today. I don't remember the emulator ever making things this difficult for me. With every previous version it was always just: make memcards for each region > copy data from old cards if needed > set path for both slots > possibly switch them around when a game needs slot A. I also tried a blank card for the USA one in case it was the save files causing issues, but I get the same conflict regardless.
For the slot A/B path configuration: I see https://i.imgur.com/fASdHgR.jpg even when I leave the other slot blank. The memory card I'm trying to load in slot A there is the USA card. The message says "The same file can not be used in multiple slots; it is already in use in slot B (1)".
For the memory card manager: I see https://i.imgur.com/RN7s35U.jpg when clicking the memory card manager after setting a path to the USA card for either slot. The message says "Opening memory card failed: % 1".

Edit: fixed, kind of.
I needed to put both the EUR and USA cards in the EUR folder and now it selects whichever card is compatible with the game I run. I thought screw it and just ran a USA game to see what would happen, then I saw it ask to make new save data so I let it. Turns out it automatically made a new memory card which got put in the EUR folder even though it's an USA card. I then copied my old data to it and voillá. So I guess it just looks at the folder not the card you select, and everything goes through the same slot.
