I don't think it works the way you think it does.... You shouldn't worry about it becoming full, as far as I know... I think the specific save files on a per game basis can even be found among the emulator files....

edit: root > dolphin-emu > GC is where you'll find the save files..  specific game saves are in their region specific folders as different files..
