MemCards/Save States: Cross-platform compatible?

Hi all, sorry if this is answered elsewhere, but it should be a quick one... I have GC save states and memory card files on a Mac. Would either (or both) work on a PC? I would like to continue playing the games I have Mac saves for on a PC.
If so, maybe someone could show me where to find out how to set that up. |
