I think the video has been accelerated. The FPS varies between 20 and 30 but the timer runs faster than the normal timing

I think it's legit. I tried it myself. The one in the video is one of the faster stages, other ones are even slower than this one.
The game runs pretty much at half speed there as you can see.

I'm still waiting for X1 based tablets and what we can expect from these.
