I'm trying to play Melee but whenever I go into training mode to practice tech or combos the characters holds down and the c stick freaks out every so often. Ive installed/re-installed the driver, I've re installed dolphin, the game, everything you could think to calibrate and re install but it does nothing. Please help

I'm experiencing a similar problem. I think he has his adapter set to WiiU mode on the adapter for the instant response time and rumble. However (to my knowledge) you aren't able to adjust anything. My controller appears to constantly lightly be pressing the left trigger. (When I'm playing melee I'm perma shielding, but when I play Windwaker I'm able to hold down left trigger to target stuff) (as well as z not working entirely). I've plugged the controller into a wii and had no problems. I've tried re-installing the drivers, but I'm not sure what to do. If there's a fix I'd be really grateful. Thanks.

I've had controllers with a terrible, terrible deadzones on Dolphin through standard adapters and when using them on Native GameCube Adapters via Dolphin or Cube, they end up working.
