I'm no sure how to describe this bug but every now and then, while you are running, a weird distortion effect would be seen for a few seconds depending on how fast you're running or staying still. Here's a picture of this issue
The thing is, with the exact same settings, this doesn't happen with OpenGL (haven't tested D3D).
