We need more info about your system and your settings in order to help you. "Intel" means nothing when it comes to CPU/GPU.

Post exact CPU/GPU models and take screenshots of every tab under Graphics.

You have 3.0-774 (according to your profile). This is not Dolphin 3.0 .
You'll find Dolphin 3.0 here in "Releases" part http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html .
The game works just fine with Dolphin 3.0 .

I recently played through the game on Dolphin 3.0-784 and found it to be a mostly flawless experience.

Key things were that the opening cutscene and other video cutscenes needed DSP LLE Audio backend, HLE is too slow for some reason.
Also that Direct3D11 has accurate graphics for special effects, OpenGL is badly drawn whilst Direct3D9 is almost invisible.

I'm curious as to why these graphical effects are so inaccurate in D3D9 and OpenGL, but very accurate in D3D11, is there an explanation?
