McAfee blocks the download as spyware

Does anyone know the reason for this? It seems this emulator has been used by many people before so I'm just wondering as to why it would be blocked?

Assuming you are getting it from us, it's fine. It's just... McAfee being McAfee.

It's probably a false positive, but it's possible something's snuck its way into your connection between Dolphin's site and your browser (especially if you're downloading from somewhere other than the official site). You can always try checking everything's up to date or even uploading any files you don't trust to a site like virustotal, which will scan it with a bunch of tools and say which, if any, claim it's unsafe.
