Hi all

I've got the excellent Mayflash Wiimote sensor bar and it has been doing a good job so far. However with this new blutooth passthrough mode I'm keen to get this working. However I have followed the guide on the Dolphin Wiki but can't get it to work.

I've used Zadig to replace the drivers, much like what I did with the Mayflash GC Adopter. When I try to load a game I get an error about no blutooth devices found and Dolphin closes.

I've also edited the Config file and replaced the VID and PID, though I'm not sure if I got the conversion from HEX to Decimal correct. The current USB ID is 057E 0306 00 and converting this to Decimal should mean it's 023588963840 correct?

Am I missing something here?

The Mayflash DolphinBar doesn't work with Bluetooth passthrough.

Ah, that'll be the answer then! Shame cause I really like the dolphinbar. Though now I can't even get my Wiimotes working with Dolphin though the Emulated "Real Wiimote" option! I've reinstalled the drivers back to what they were, but Dolphin isn't picking it up. I can control my PC just fine in Mode 1, but Dolphin isn't responding to the WIimote in Mode 4l ike it did before.

Are you sure you reinstalled the driver correctly? It's probably a HID driver, since the DolphinBar only exposes Wiimotes as HIDs in mode 4 (human interface devices).

I've tried reverting everything back to scratch. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Mayflash drivers. Deleted my Dolphin settings folder in My Documents, redownloaded the latest version of Dolphin from the website. When I load a game I get a load of "connected" "Disconnected" text at the start.

libusb and WinUSB are generic drivers used for usermode drivers (or programs like Dolphin which need to interact with USB devices directly). As I said, the original driver is very likely a HID driver, which would have "hid" in the name.

Hmm not sure how I can go about reinstalling the drivers as HIDs. Not getting any options to do so. The Mayflash website only has firmware of the device as well, can't seem to find drivers anywhere for it.

Ah! Finally got it! This time I uninstalled the drivers and rather than unplugging the Dolphin bar and putting it back in, I just scanned for hardware changes. Not sure why, but this time it found and installed the Dolphinbar as a HID. Now it works perfectly again!

Thanks for the help Leolam, thought for a moment I had really messed things up!

Back to the original point... hopefully Mayflash release an update so that it can be used as a passthrough device. Otherwise I guess I'll just buy a cheap Bluetooth adaptor.
