To get mine working in P64 I had to download a different controller plugin, called "N-Rage Input Plugin V2" (and then use this controller plugin) and then it allowed me to map my buttons fine, it didn't instantly detect Rx -(11-22-2012, 01:09 AM)Madnesslink5 Wrote: I'm using the newest Mayflash adapter with an official Gamecube controller and it works nearly perfectly. The only slight flaw is that (as somebody else mentioned above I think) you have to press the L/R triggers in all the way for it to be detected. HOWEVER, I'm also using Mayflash/GC controller with Project64, and on Project64 it detects the L/R triggers if I only push them in half the way etc, which leads me to believe that the problem lies within some kind of confliction with Dolphin and the Mayflash, or I just have some settings wrong in Dolphin.Sorry if this is a semi-necro or if it's not really related to Doplhin, but I would like to know how you got yours to work with Project64? I bought my own adapter very recently from eBay, and I believe is the newest version of the adapter; except that mine doesn't work in Project64 (Zelda: OoT and MM mainly). It detects the inputs, but it detects them all wrong (I noticed it instantly detects "Rx -" which I believe happens to be the L button but slighty pressed), and the games are simply NOT playable. I'm also using an original gamecube controller.
Either way, pressing the L/R triggers in all the way isn't a bother for me, and I can safely say that other than that it works with Dolphin (and an official GC controller) perfectly for anybody that may be thinking of getting it.
thanks for any answers
