Nope that how it should work. Pressing in goes from 254 to 0 and letting goes goes from 0 to 254. Dolphin natively looks for an increase not a decrease.

Weird how its only on the L trigger, let me just check to see how it functions on SMSS.

Edit: After testing, my R trigger analogue (which is detected when pressing it in) works as intended on SMSS, perhaps it just detected Yr- instead of Yr+ or vice versa, either way not a problem because you can just manually input it to whatever it needs to be
