When playing Mario Sunshine on a proper GameCube, you if you only slightly press the L/R triggers it enables you to run whilst spraying water, and if you press the L/R triggers fully (so it clicks) you stand still and spray water. With the Dolphin emulator because it doesn't seem to detect L/R triggers unless they are fully pressed in, it means you cannot run whilst spraying water. It's not a massive deal, but just wanted to point out that if the reason Dolphin isn't detecting the L/R trigger sensitivity is because the maker(s) thought that that is how it works on the real system, it's not unfortunately.
