This is surely more about the Dolphin wireless sensor bar (http://www.play-asia.com/wireless-sensor-dolphin-bar-paOS-13-49-en-70-2hmb.html) than any of the controller to USB adapters. The Dolphin wireless sensor bar would actually be really handy if it worked 100% correctly with all revisions of Dolphin and with the Wiimotes with built in Motion Plus. It's the same concept as the Adamote (http://www.akar.cc/adamote/features/), except Mayflash seems much more interested in getting this to work with Dolphin than those guys did. That's great news for us.
+1 on there being noticable input delay when using Mayflash GC to USB adapters though, it's pretty much impossible to play competitive Smash Bros. on Dolphin that way. The problem might however be a combination of USB lag, emulation lag and HDTV lag, so I don't know if it's something that can be fixed easily.
