Hi all. New user here, having issues with a Gamecube adapter.

I bought the Mayflash GC Controller Adapter for PC USB (link below) and I haven't been able to get it running. I used the driver disc they sent with it to install the device drivers, but it doesn't tell me where they were installed. Also, when I plug the device in to my laptop, it doesn't show up as detected by Devices and Printers or when I go to "Set up USB game controllers" in Control Panel. In short, it's like the device doesn't work or exist at all. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

I am having this issue, was a solution found?

The adapter worked for 10 minutes, then stopped being detected just like in the above post. The next day it started working again for a few days, and 2 days later I'm back to it not being detected again for ~2 days now.

I had this issue with a normal controller, not mayflash and it was because the wii mote was attached to BT. I removed the BT adapter and it starting working.
