Shocked
As the title states, I'm having quite the odd issue, and it doesn't seem to stem from the adapter itself nor the controllers.

Hardware:
  • Two GameCube Controllers (Gamestop brand.. I know they're not the best, I was just 10 when I got them)
  • 4-Port Mayflash GC Adapter for Wii U & PC (switch on side set to PC mode)
    http://www.amazon.com/Mayflash-GameCube-...B00RSXRLUE
  • Galaxy Note 3
  • USB OTG Cable
  • AMD 8350,  R9 280x, and 20gb RAM running in PC

Software:
  • Windows 10
  • Windows 8.1
  • Latest Mayflash GC Adapter Drivers (W012)

Dolphin Versions:
  • 4.0.2
  • 4.0-6784 through 4.0-6807 (tediously)

First off, both Windows 10 and 8.1 recognize my adapter, and through Joy.cpl I was able to test controllers in all 4 ports and see my PC was receiving input from all the buttons and toggles. The controllers also worked on my original Wii.

The Dolphin PC clients I tested recognized my controllers, but on the GameCube Controller Configuration screen the toggles were grayed out and it received no input from any of the buttons.

Later on during some computer maintenance I decided to hook my GC Adapter to my phone with an old OTG cable for kicks, to my surprise I was instantly able to navigate my phone and launch apps with my old GameCube controller! I came across the Dolphin app, and instantly had to give it a try. As the title suggests, it worked out just fine - I was able to map both controller 1 and 2, then went on to play Gauntlet: Dark Legacy for a few minutes with them.

Any ideas on this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm truly puzzled and a bit tired at the moment. Thanks in Advance!

So no input is received when you try to map the GameCube buttons in Dolphin? That's strange... But regardless of whether that works, you probably want to use Dolphin's native GC adapter support instead. Set the adapter to Wii U mode and follow the instructions here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?t...in_Dolphin

This worked perfectly, thanks!

I didn't know Dolphin had native GC controller support, this way is easier than mapping controllers myself so I think I'll stick to it too.
