I've had my mayflash gamecube adapter for several months, and it's never had any problems until recently. Recently I got a new motherboard and processor, and ever since my Mayflash adapter isn't being detected. In zadig it shows up that winusb is installed, and I've reinstalled it, switched it to other drivers and back, deleted drivers in device manager, updated the pc firmware, and it seems like nothing is working. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

I'm having this same issue. Using Windows 10 Pro 1709. Using the Standard Controller setting and switching the adapter to 'PC Mode' works. But the native support is a no go.

Thanks, the standard controller works. Hopefully someone will figure out the problem with native support for us though.

So I used System Restore and rolled back my PC to a few days ago, and now my adapter is working again in native mode with no issues. Like you, I'm using a new build with new mobo and everything. What I did notice between the System Restore state and the recent one was that I had installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64, but after restoring it's no longer installed. I do have all of the C++ Revisions 2008, 10, 12, 13, 15 all with x86 and x64 versions installed though.

My suggestion, if you have the 2017 package installed, uninstall it or try System Restoring your PC altogether to a point right after you put Windows on there, perhaps some drivers got messed up between then and now.
