Mayflash gamecube adapter

I recently bought a mayflash gamecube adpater; I love it, except that for some reason in the "Calibrate Function" tab of the second controller, I can't seem to calibrate the controller. Is there a fix to this or am I doing something wrong? (cuz I can do it on the first port, even tried switching around the controllers).

As you can see, the controller axis doesnt go all the way to the top, even when clicking set.

it's glitchy, The Mayflash products all seem to be to a degree.

All you can do it complain to tech support. Eventually they seem to figure things out.
