I was using Stefun Sundin's version of Dolphin to get my Dolphin to work with the MayFlash Dolphin Bar on Ubuntu 15.10. Unfortunately, it only lets me connect 1 controller at a time to Dolphin, but the MayFlash Dolphin Bar let's me connect over 1 controller at a time.. Does anybody know why this happens or how to fix it?

I'm not sure who Stefan Sundin is, but DolphinBar support on Linux has been added to Dolphin proper if you're using a development build that's recent enough. (It wasn't in the 5.0 release.)
When I tried to install the 5.0.9 development version, it said "Dependency is not satisfiable: libavcodec56 (>=6:11~beta1)|libavcodec-extra-56 (<=6:11.2)". I also tried to install various other versions that support the MayFlash Dolphin Bar such as 4.0-9507 and 4.0-9237 but I get the error "A later version is already installed". I have tried to uninstall it, but I couldn't find out how to sudo apt-get remove or use Ubuntu Software Center to remove the version that I had before I got Stefan Sundin's version (the stable 4.0). I can easily remove Stefan Sundin's version with sudo commands.

The Stefan Sundin version can be found at https://launchpad.net/~stefansundin/+arc...olphin-emu
If I uninstall Dolphin, I get the same error as 5.0.9 with every version.
I attempted to use the instructions from https://www.smashladder.com/blogs/view/2...untu-15-04 even though I have Ubuntu 15.10 and it installed a version that is supposedly compatible with the MayFlash Dolphin Bar (4.0-6989) but it wouldn't even work with one Wii remote using the MayFlash Dolphin Bar or Bluetooth.
Also, when I try to install using sudo apt-get and sudo apt-add with the dolphin-emu-master I get this error error:
Package dolphin-emu-master is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source However the following packages replace it: dolphin-emu E: Package 'dolphin-emu-master' has no installation candidate 02-21-2017, 12:44 PM
To even get Dolphin to work with Wii remotes, I have to use the MayFlash Dolphin Bar and Stefan Sundin's version but only 1 Wii remote can connect.

Forks are not supported, so you have to find a way to get the master version and use it. It sounds like you may need to run apt update.
