Mayflash Adapter Vibration Not Working

I hope its ok if i ask here without opening a new thread. I used to play with an USB-XboxController, but it felt kind of wrong for me So i decided to buy the Mayflash USB Adapter for the original GC-Controller.
Everything is fine now except for the Rumble Effect. It is much too weak ingame, and it seems it makes no difference which Option i choose (Constant/Ramp/Sine) in Controller Configuration. Changing the Output-Level doesnt help either. The funny thing is if i test the rumble, it is much stronger. Every help would be appreciated! 04-01-2015, 07:18 AM
The rumble strength on GameCube controllers isn't controllable - it is either on or off.
In case the Mayflash driver is modifying the rumble signal, Constant 100% should be the maximum strength. If that does not work, try changing the slider to either extremes.
Thx a lot for your response, i tried it the way you told me but it did not change the strenght of the effect. I will try to contact the Mayflash Support and ask them if they can do something about it.
Or maybe the GC-Pad Rumble is not that strong? Will test and compare it by using it with Dolphin and my GC later, and edit this post with the Results. EDIT: Ok, it seems that the original GC-Pad Rumble is not really strong. Tested it with Wind Waker on Gamecube and Dolphin, and there is almost no difference. Rumble of the Footsteps when using Iron Boots in Twilight Princess (Dolphin) seemed weak to me, the Problem is i have no Save State on my GC where i have those. The rumble when rolling against a wall at least feels very close, maybe a little weaker on Dolphin. 12-05-2015, 11:35 AM
Hi I'm currently using the mayflash adapter as well for gamecube controller. When I test the rumble on the configuration, it works, but it doesn't work in game. I tried using constant, ramp, and sine and they all don't work in game, but it works fine when testing. I'm playing SSBM. Can someone help me?? I'm using the latest dolphin 4.0-8258
