That's a LIBUSB issue, try installing the correct driver for Dolphin's native support.

I installed the driver from mayflash's site, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas on what to do?

Mayflash's driver is not the LibUSB driver. You get that by following the native adapter support instructions from the Dolphin wiki.
