Hello
In advance , I am currently running Windows 7 64x.
So recently I purchased the Mayflash Magic Joy Box GC/PS/XBOX to usb adapter to use with Dolphin. The first thing i did when I opened the package was plug in the gamecube controller, set it aside, and installed the latest drivers from Mayflash's website. yeehaw. So I proceeded to plug the adapter in, and Windows started installing the device. At this point i was creamin mah pants, because I really wanted to use my old GC controllers for Brawl. Unfortunately, however, Windows installed the device as a generic USB hub. And when I opened device manager, it said the device was working properly.
I tried manually installing the drivers by Right click>Upgrade Drivers> blah blah blah. no dice. Since the Device was recognized as a HUB and not a HID, I could not install the TigerGame drivers.
I tried the other two ports in hopes that they might work, and to my unwanted surprise, the xbox controller worked like a charm, but I got no indication that the Gamecube or PS controllers were even detected.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers in compatibility mode, which seemed pointless, and I tried unistalling the device itself, and tried reinstalling everything, restarting, and even restarting with driver signature enforcement off ( like in the case of using a PS3 controller)
I am pretty much at wits end, and have tried everything I could come up with. Any and all help at this point would be GREATLY appreciated thanks in advance!
Nick
