Well, I didn't think it was possible... I'm looking for it in catalyst control center, but can't find it. I see where I can add profile for each game, but I can't choose "high performance". I can only change AA, texture filtering, vsync, tesselation. No other option.

I dunno how exactly Catalyst is organized (oh god how the fuck do I survive with nothing better than an Intel HD 3000), but there *should* be an option somewhere in there to disable the power management/reclocking or something when Dolphin is running. Dig around.

Well I don't think that's possible actually. I see nothing like that in the control panel.

Is there any place where I could download something like a ".ini pack" with the best config for each game ?

No. And if that "imaginary" site exists, DON´T download anything related to Dolphin INI files because of this:

1- Dolphin will get wrecked.

2- Your PC will get wrecked.

3- In the worst cases you could even get rootkits that make your PC behave like hell.

There´s no necessity for a INI setting to work well with you just because other person has a good experience with it.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

"Wrecked", really ? They are only text files... Dodgy

Ok some settings behave differently on different PCs, but still, there are settings which should be the same for everyone, like EFB to RAM for zelda TP (to show the map) or for new super mario (to show spinning coins), or the frame limiter (some games need "audio", others "auto"), etc.

At least a ".ini manager" would be very useful to generate .inis in an easier way than typing everything by hand.

Text files filled with important codes and values that if used in the wrong way can cause extreme damages to the program, no matter which one is.

There *is* already a set of .inis for every known game included with Dolphin. It usually just includes settings required to run the game properly. (Occasionally these are controversial, e.g. Wind Waker requiring LLE, but they're all in there for a reason.)

I just discovered this thread.

I have similar problem that I notice for long time. It says 60fps but I can see the picture choppy randomly.
GTX 560 Ti + i7 2600 here.

I don't know what is causing it but I've tried different settings with no success.

I am agree, dolphin is not smooth with 60 fps in a lot of moments. In my opinion is not GPU/Vendros/Driver etc problem. On monday arrive my 4770k to my house. Im was interested in this problem for a lot of motnhs, but need first the HW to work in it. Id like to review again the VI, VI limitter, and FPS draw timing, because the feeling is really bad.

I feel like it's a lot of microstutter, honestly. I had the same problem, but turning down the graphics settings actually seemed to fix it.
