I gott say that this started happening as soon as I switched AOSP Roms in my phone. I was previously on LineageOS Android 10 and I'm now on DotOS Android 11, though Dolphin is the only app where I've had this performance issues, so I assumed it wasnt the shader cache or the dalvik of the phone. I'll try flashing a gpu cache cleaner. I suppose nobody else has reported this kind of issues on android 11?
