mariokart wii problem >.>

first off:

standard settings
dx9 plugin for graphics the rest is as i have packed out dolphin

when i try to play mariokart wii i get a really strange image of the game wile on internetz everyone just get a black border at the place where the map is. i on the other hand get this:




i tried everything but i cant get it to work properly >.<
