Mario Sunshine Xbox 360 controller problem.

Go into the Dolphin Emulated Wiimote Configuration Menu. Go into the Nunchuck menu. Assign the Nunchuck (Up, Down, Left, Right) movements to one joystick. The other joystick can be assigned under the "IR" part just do not assign anything the nun chuck is already assigned and also do not assign Up and FORWARD to the same joystick. I had the exact problem and that worked for me.
