Hello guys!
I recently tried to play Mario Party 9 and I stumbled a big issue. For no apparent reason the game runs only at 50-55fps instead of 60 (sometimes drops to 30-40) and at about 90% speed. Other games run fine even at 720p like mario kart or lego star wars they all have constant 60fps and mario kart imo is more demanding especially when I played it with 2 players. The only solution I found to get 60fps was to ,,Enable Emulated CPU Clock Override'' and set it at 40%. Now it's at least playable but what could be the issue of it? I tried every other option in dolphin but none affected the fps in any way except the cpu override. I even tried to run it at native resolution but I didn't even gain 1fps.
