Mario Party 5 and 6 speedhack problem

Hello, when I play Mario Party 5 and 6, I can't seem to get the speed to go any higher. Dolphin will show that each game is running at around 60 fps, but the characters will smoothly move in slow motion on the board. The sound is on time though, and is not distorted.

Because of all this, I looked into Cheat Engine 5.5 and then 5.4 to try enabling speedhack. Well, my main problem is that the speedhack appears to only change my fps, but not the actual movement speed of the main game. Even when my fps reaches ~600 fps, the actual game doesn't get faster.

But, I did get it to work at perfect speed ONCE...but when I closed Dolphin, I was never able to fix the speed again.

Would anyone of you know what my problem is? Thank you in advance

Update: I figured out that Cheat Engine is not what was responsible for the game having a better speed.

Instead, about once every 25 or so times I load it, the game runs perfectly on Dolphin alone. Is there something I'm missing? Or, can Dolphin be unpredictable like that? I'm running version 3661 if that helps.

Can you play mario party 5 and 6?? When I play MP5 in story mode, in the moment that bowser and minibowser apear, dolphin dies; in party mode everything is good until the 1st-turn's minigame finishes, then dolphin dies.

In MP6 similar things happen... I use dolphin 3661, what will be the problem??

there are no speedhacks in dolphin.

get the newest build... it fixes the incorrect frame counter and has frame skipping

Also latest revisions has better speeds, framerates seem to be worked on lately

I don't see any ini that contain speedhacks. Just options to turn on or off depending on the game.
