Mario Kart Wii with 2 Wii and 1 xbox controllers

Hi,

can I use two Wii controller and a xbox controller at the same time while playing Mario Kart?
For the Wii controllers I use the dolphin sensor bar but i have no idea how I can use the xbox controller as a third controller. I have read that I need to deactivate the Wii controllers in order to use the Xbox controller. But then I can't use the Wii Controllers.
The dolphin version is the latest Candidate version.
