Mario Kart Wii runnning at 50% is my laptop too slow?

I have a Samsung R480 Laptop
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 i3-330M / 2.13 GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 310m (specs from NVIDIA website)
RAM: 4 gb
Dolphin: 3.0-371

Mario Kart Wii is running at about half speed so I'm assuming my laptop is not fast enough?

if it isn't fast enough can you recommend some Wii games that will run? what about GC games?
If it is then what is wrong with my configuration??

I know you guys probably get a million of these posts but I searched and couldn't find anyone with similar specs

try rev 6505 and post please screenshots of your gpu configuration tab
Try setting framelimiter manually from "auto" to 60

and post please the screenshots

Hey, I also have the same problem.
Here is my computer setting and the Dolphin setting.

Windows 7 64bit
Intel® Core ™ i5 CPU M430 2.27GHz
GeForce GT 330M
4G RAM
3.0-371

   

It only has 50% game speed when playing Mario Kart.

Is it possible to run at my computer with lower graphical setting?
I have tried the framelimiter but it doesn't work. I still has only 50%game speed.

I tried r6505 and it was actually even worse, although I'm not sure the difference between the two? also tried changing frame rate to 60 it didn't really change anything

I also tried to play windwaker and that was running around 75 %

what screens do you need? I've experimented with most settings

I was so excited when i discovered dolphin i hope I can get it working assuming my laptop is up to par

No. Your cpu and gpu are both too weak.
