Alright both of those make the game unplayable, missing textures when turning off EFB2RAM and horrible audio stuttering with OGL.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear enough! Use EFB2Texture instead of EFB2Ram to fix the crash. Only the sunbeam effect will be broken.
