I am having the same problem as the person in this tread: Failed to write BT.DINF to SYSCONF (dolphin-emu.org)
I tried what was suggested but I still ran into the same problem. I only have this problem with Mario Kart Wii I could not reply to that tread since it was closed.

Never mind. I deleted Dolphin.ini and it fixed the problem
