So I got the mod running successfully, the whole thing updates no problem. But then when I actually try to start it it loads for a little bit, and then gives me the "The disk drive appears to have stalled" message. What is wrong? I'm running on Dolphin 4.0.2. the base game itself works perfectly fine.

It's more than possible that something (perhaps very minor) went wrong with the ISO mod process; try doing it again. It's also possible that the latest version of MK Wii CTGP simply doesn't work with Dolphin for whatever reason. Try using the latest development builds (not the latest stable builds) and see if that makes a difference.

It crashes with no error message every time I try to run the mod .elf on the latest dev build. And it also crashes when I try to remove the mod via the menu within the mod with the runtime error: R6025 -pure virtual function call 01-16-2014, 01:23 PM
Like I said, it's more than possible that the mod is bad. See if it works on a real Wii.

I’m trying to make an ISO converter using CTT and Wiimm’s custom tracks.
Does anyone know how to convert GCT files to raw Gecko/AR codes or include a GCT patcher built-in to my converter? Usbloader supports GCT, but it’s an extra step, and it should not be dependent on a special feature of the USBLoader. Also, procrastination. It’s around 11:30 PM here, and I’m stuck on homework. |
