Apparently since I'm new - I can't post to the custom textures forum yet, as per the instructions as far as I understand them, I'm making the post here to be moved to that forum if appropriate.

I have red-green colorblindness and often found it difficult to differentiate between red and green shells, so I just made a simple retexturing that changes Green shells to be more of a Blue-Green color. This immediately improved my quality of life in the game and I figured I'd share. For consistency sake, I also changed the item icons for the item inventory, and also the icons for the Shell Cup.

Here's the zip file for the Dolphin ResourcePacks folder: https://www.mediafire.com/file/8axj0fb708r0e2r/colorblind-1.zip/file

and below is a screenshot.

Hope others are able to find this useful!

Moved to the Custom Texture Forum. Nice to see some QoL changes instead of the usual HD stuff. Good work!

Thank you, I'm glad it's appreciated! Would you happen to know why the attachment isn't showing up properly? I see the BBCode [attachment] tag in the post, but it doesn't seem downloadable. When I preview the post when editing, it appears fine, just not when actually posted.

Attachments for new users have to be manually approved by Mods or Admins. This applies to posts as well. It's an anti-spam system we introduced a few years back. I've manually upgraded your user permissions, so you should be able to post here and edit posts without having to wait for approval.

Ah, I see. Thank you much!
